The 38 Challenge has one common goal : To endure 38 minutes of physical suffering so that we can help those who are internally suffering. The first part of the event is to create community and trust through physical exercise. Participants will then be able to hear powerful testimonies from keynote speakers ranging from Special Operators to Professional Athletes. After hearing these vulnerable warriors speak, participants will then be able to connect with different mental health organizations, network amongst other professionals, and engage with athletes, veterans, and celebrities
